The welcome page is the first page users will be directed to when opening the questionnaire. You can add an introduction and consent to it.

Add an introduction

You can add an introduction to the quiz home page. This allows you to contextualize and inform your users about the content of the questionnaire.

1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit survey button. 4. From the left panel, click on the Introduction. 5. Add the introduction text. 6. Click on the Save button.

Edit introduction

1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit survey button. 4. Click on the Introduction. 5. Edit the text. 6. Click on the Save button

Delete introduction

1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit survey button. 4. Hover over the Introduction. 5. Click on the Trash can icon.

Add a consent

You can add a consent in the home screen of the questionnaire. The user must accept the terms of consent to access the questionnaire. The user can decide not to answer. In this case, if reminders have been scheduled, it will be canceled.

1. Access the Surveys list via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit survey button. 4. From the left panel, click on the Consent button. 5. Add the consent text. 6. Click on the Save button.

Delete a consent

1. Access the Surveys list via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit survey button. 4. Hover over the question you want to delete. 5. Click on the trash can icon. 6. Click on the Save button.
