You can modify the visual appearance of a survey to better reflect the branding of your organization, or of individual clinics.
Modify a survey logo
The logo is displayed at the top of the survey, as well as in e-mails received by the respondent for the same survey.
1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit button. 4. Click on the Options tab. 5. Click on Edit in the Survey logo section. 6. Add a logo or hover the mouse over the logo and click on the pencil icon to modify it. 7. Click on Save.
The workspace logo is displayed by default if no other logo is added to replace it.
Restore the default workspace logo for a survey
If you've added a logo to a survey but want to restore the workspace logo, simply delete the logo you've added using the trash icon.
