It is possible to archive your surveys, to lighten your list and organize your workspace while retaining essential data. This feature is particularly useful when you have concluded a survey or when you want to focus on ongoing projects.

Archiving a survey automatically closes response collection and survey distribution.

Any scheduled sendings will not be sent.

Archive a survey

1. Access the list of Surveys through the main navigation. 2. Click on the three-dot menu in the list. 3. Select the Archive option. 4. Confirm your choice.

Once archived, your survey will be moved to a separate section titled "Archives" in the survey list.

Reactivate an archived survey

1. Access the list of Surveys, Archives section, through the main navigation. 2. Click on the three-dot menu in the list. 3. Select the Unarchive option. 4. Confirm your choice.

Once unarchived, your survey will return to the Survey list.

Survey distribution and collection of responses are not automatically reactivated when unarchiving a survey.
