Create, modify or delete an SMS campaign

Créer an SMS campaign

  1. Access SMS Campaigns through the main navigation menu.
  1. Click on Create.
  1. Give an internal name to your campaign.
  1. Click on Create.

The campaign creator automatically becomes its owner.

Add messages to your SMS campaign

You can create two types of messages:

  • The initial message, which will be the starting point of your campaign
  • Follow-up messages that are sent depending on the respondent’s answer.

To add messages:

  1. After creating your campaign, you will be directed to the Messages tab of your campaign.
  1. Under Initial Message, click on Create.
  1. Give a Title to your message.
  1. Add your content.
  1. Click on Create.
  1. If you need to create follow-up messages, click on Create under Follow-up Messages (see details below).

Delete a campaign

  1. Access SMS Campaigns through the main navigation menu.
  1. Click on the three-dot menu of the message you want to Delete.
  1. Click on Delete.
  1. Confirm deletion.

Duplicate a campaign

  1. Access SMS Campaigns through the main navigation menu.
  1. Click on the three-dot menu of the message you want to Delete.
  1. Click on Duplicate.
  1. Give an internal name to your new campaign.
  1. Click on Duplicate.

Create a sending sequence

Logics is what will let you determine what follow-up message must be sent to the respondent depending on their answer.

To add logics:

  1. Access the Initial message or a follow-up message.
  1. Click on the three-dot menu.
  1. Click on Edit and access the Logic tab.
  1. Activate the logic switch.
  1. Choose the type of answer that will trigger a follow-up message to be sent (affirmative, negative, number or custom).

You don’t have to think about all the possible phrasings the respondent will use to answer. Our artificial intelligence feature will automatically understand different variations of a same answer (such as “YES”, “Y”, etc.). You can still add customized numbered and text answers if you need.

  1. Select the message that will be sent depending on the answer.
  1. You can also add “In ALL other cases” to cover any other type of answer that will be sent.
  1. Click on Save.

Inclusion and Exclusion keywords

Some keywords are automatically associated to specific actions such as subscribing and unsubscribing to communications.
