Translation allows you to add multiple languages to a single survey. Each respondent can see the survey in the language of their choice. Since there is only one questionnaire containing all translations, the results are contained in the same data set.
Add a language
1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to translate. 3. Click on the Edit button. 4. Click on the Languages tab. 5. Add the languages to be translated with the Add a translation button. 6. Click on the Translate button. 7. Complete the missing translations.
Activate/deactivate a language
When you have completed a translation, you can make it available by activating it.
1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to activate/deactivate a language. 3. Click on the Edit button. 4. Click on the Languages tab. 5. Activate/deactivate the language using the switch.
Delete a language
1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit button. 4. Click on the Languages tab. 5. Click on the 3 dots button of the language you wish to delete. 6. Click on Delete the translation. 7. Confirm deletion.
Missing translations
If you edit your survey, it is possible that translations will be missing. Please note that incomplete languages will be deactivated automatically.
