Translation allows you to add multiple languages to a single survey. Each respondent can see the survey in the language of their choice. Since there is only one questionnaire containing all translations, the results are contained in the same data set.
Translate a language
Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation.
Navigate to the survey you want to translate.
Click on the Edit survey button.
Click on the Languages tab.
Click on the 3-dots menu of the language to translate.
Click on Edit translation.
Complete the missing translations.
You can return at any time to complete the translations. Your progress is saved automatically.
Activate/deactivate a language
When you have completed a translation, you can make it available by activating it.
Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation.
Navigate to the survey you want to activate/deactivate a language.
Click on the Edit survey button.
Click on the Languages tab.
Activate/deactivate the language using the switch.
Missing translations
If you edit your survey, it is possible that translations will be missing. Please note that incomplete languages will be deactivated automatically.
