It is possible to close the collection of responses to a survey. This allows you to stop collection for any length of time, or for a specific period, and prevent respondents from accessing the survey. Respondents attempting to access a survey whose collection is closed will see a message indicating that the survey is no longer available.

Close collection

1. Access the list of Surveys via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the detail page of your survey. 3. Click on the Distribution tab. 4. In the Collection of responses section, click on the Close collection button. 5. Confirm that you want to close the collection of responses.

Open collection
