Connectors allow you to integrate your systems with Lime, so that your data can be transferred securely.

Create a connector

Only users who have an administrator or developer role can create and manage connectors.

1. Access Integrations through the main navigation menu.

2. In the Connectors tab, click on Create on the top-right section of the screen.

3. Enter a connector name.

4. Select the source system from which data will be sent to Lime. In case of doubt, please reach out to our customer success team.

5. Click on Create.

Rename a connector

1. In the Connectors tab, click on the connector’s three-dot menu.

2. Click on Rename.

3. Enter the connector’s new name.

4. Click on Save.

See content associated with a connector

You can view the content (questionnaires, messages, etc.) associated with each connector.

1. In the Connectors tab, click on the connector’s three-dot menu.

2. Click on See associated content.

Delete a connector

1. In the Connectors tab, click on the connector’s three-dot menu.

2. Click on Delete.

3. Confirm your choice.
