Enabling result analysis
When creating a PROM survey
- Select the PROM survey type.
- Enable the Result Analysis option.
- Select the PROM license associated with the survey.
For an existing survey
- Access the Survey list from the main navigation.
- Click on the 3-dot menu for the relevant survey and click on Parameters.
- Access the Patient monitoring tab.
- Enable the Result Analysis option.
The analysis begins from the moment it is enabled. Responses provided before activation will not be analyzed. If the option is disabled after collecting responses, the analysis of previous responses remains available.
Result analysis by artificial intelligence is only available for surveys associated with a known license available in the provided list. To add a license to the list, please contact our customer support team.
Viewing result analysis
- Access the Patients module from the main navigation.
- In the Sendings monitoring dashboard, click on the survey/patient you wish to view.
- Click on the Result Analysis tab.
Patient progress
The Patient progress section, generated by our artificial intelligence tool, provides a summary of the essential elements emerging from the patient's responses. It is divided into several parts:
- Health status progress: an indication of the patient's general progress (improvement, deterioration, or stability).
- Priority concerns: a summary of the most important elements to monitor.
- Notable deteriorations: elements that have significantly worsened between the most recent collections.
- Stable and/or problematic areas: elements that have remained constant between the most recent collections.
- Notable improvements: elements that have considerably improved between the most recent collections.
