Respondents' text responses (open-ended responses, comments, etc.) are anonymized by default in Lime to protect the identity of the individuals involved.
Users with the appropriate permissions can de-anonymize personal identifiable information in some contexts.
Here is the list of anonymized personal identifiable information in Lime
First and last name
Health insurance number (NAM)
File number (hospital)
Social insurance number (SIN)
Credit card number
Email address
Telephone number
Street address (country, city, etc.)
Warning
Although the anonymization algorithms are very advanced, they are not foolproof. Therefore, some answers may not be as anonymous as they should be. We encourage you to never ask your respondents for personal identifiable information in order to protect their identity, or the identity of another person.
