Responses follow-ups

This section lets you view and manage patients responses to the surveys they were sent.

View patients responses

  1. Access the Patients tab via the main navigation.
  1. Click on Responses follow-ups.
  1. A table will give you an overview of patients’ responses.

For every completed survey, the following information will be displayed in the table:

  • Patient ID
  • Name of the survey
  • Severity treshold (if applicable)
  • Completion date
  • Follow-up status

On every table row, you can:

  1. Click on the patient ID (underlined in blue) to access the patient’s record.
  1. Click on the row to view the detailed completion.
  1. Use the three-dot menu to:
    1. View the responses
    1. Access the patient’s record

Follow-up status

There are several follow-up statuses:

  1. Pending: default status for every newly completed survey.
  1. In progress: a medical professional has started analyzing the patient’s responses but isn’t finished yet.
  1. No follow-up required: no additional action or follow-up is necessary.
  1. Referred to a professional: the patient has been referred to another professional.

The follow-up status can only be modified from the patient’s detailed responses page.

Filter responses

  1. In Responses follow-ups, click on the Filters option on top of the screen.
  1. Filter the table by Survey:
    • Use the searchbar to find a specific survey.
    • Select one or several surveys.
  1. Filter by follow-up status and use the checkboxes to select the ones you want to see displayed.
  1. Click on Close to apply the filters.
