Schedule the sharing of reports in PDF format by email to transmit the results of a survey to your collaborators. Share it once, or schedule a recurring send.
Create a report
- Access the Surveys list from the main navigation and click on the relevant survey.
- In the Results section, under Responses, click on Share.
- Click on the Create button in the New report section.
- Enter the name of your report. This name will appear in the email your recipients receive.
- Add the email addresses of one or more Recipients.
- Select the sending Frequency. In the case of a recurring send, select the frequency and the time at which you wish to share the report.
- Select the data period
- Yesterday
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- All
- Apply a View to your report. To learn more about custom views, please consult this article.
- Define the report Settings.
- Click on the Save button.
Recurring reports can be viewed at any time in the Scheduled reports section.
Edit a scheduled report
- Access the Surveys list from the main navigation and click on the relevant survey.
- In the Results section, under Responses, click on Share.
- In the Scheduled reports section, click on the 3-dot menu of the relevant report and click on the Edit button.
- Make your changes and click on Save.
Delete a scheduled report
- Access the Surveys list from the main navigation and click on the relevant survey.
- In the Results section, under Responses, click on Share.
- In the Scheduled reports section, click on the 3-dot menu of the relevant report and click on the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion.
