If you don't want to answer

If you do not want to take the survey, you can click on the I don't want to answer button located at the bottom of the home screen. This will end the survey and any scheduled reminders for it.

Change my language

You can change the language in which you answer.

Please note that only the languages in which the questionnaire has been translated are available.

Change my language on a computer or on a mobile device

The language selection is located in the upper right corner of the interface. Select your language from the available choices.

Navigate the questionnaire

You can change questions with the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the interface. This allows you to move from one question to the next and back again at any time, until you submit all of your answers. Some questions are mandatory and you will be asked to answer them before moving on to the next question.

Quit and continue later

As you progress, your answers are saved so that you can exit and complete the survey later. Before you quit, you must retrieve the unique link for your survey, with one of the following methods:

Retrieve the unique link received by email or SMS

The link you received by email or SMS allows you to resume the survey at the last completed question.

Retrieve the unique link on a computer

Access the unique link by clicking on the Resume later option located at the bottom of the interface. Then copy the link and keep it in a safe place to continue at a time of your choosing.

Retrieve the unique link on a mobile device

Access the unique link under the Options menu located in the upper right corner of the interface. Then copy the link and keep it in a safe place to continue at a time of your choosing.

Ready to continue?

After retrieving the unique link from your questionnaire, paste it into your browser's address bar and press Enter.

Correcting errors

When an answer contains errors, such as a required choice or a maximum number of characters, an information message appears at the bottom of the screen. Correct the errors to continue to the next question.
