After sending your survey for the first time, you can follow up with your respondents by enabling automated reminders. Reminders allow you to encourage people who have not responded to your survey to do so, in order to get more responses.

Create an automated reminder

Send reminders a certain number of days after the first invitation is sent.

Set up the reminder

1. Access the list of Surveys through the main navigation. 2. Go to the survey detail page. 3. Click on the Distribution tab. 4. Go to the Reminders section. 5. Click on the Edit reminders button. 6. Configure the delay by choosing the number of days and the specific time. 7. Save your changes.

You can add up to 5 reminders. In addition, for the reminder(s) to be triggered, you must activate the switch.

Enable the reminder

1. Access the list of Surveys through the main navigation. 2. Go to the questionnaire details page. 3. Click on the Distribution tab. 4. Go to the Reminders section. 5. Enable reminders by using the switch.

Disable the reminder

1. Access the list of Surveys through the main navigation. 2. Go to the questionnaire detail page. 3. Click on the Distribution tab. 4. Go to the Reminders section. 5. Disable the reminder using the switch.

If you re-enable reminders, it will only apply to future mailings only.

Modify an active reminder

You can change the timeframe of a reminder at any time.

1. Access the list of Surveys through the main navigation. 2. Go to the detail page of the survey. 3. Click on the Distribution tab. 4. Go to the Reminders section. 5. Click on the Edit reminders button.

When you change the reminder schedule, it will not affect the questionnaires that have already been sent. The new schedule will only apply to future surveys.
