Create a survey

The creator of the survey automatically becomes the owner.

1. Access the Surveys list via the main navigation. 2. Click on the Create button. 3. Add a Title to the survey. 4. Choose the Primary language for the survey. 5. Click on the Create button. 6. Your survey is created, now it's time to add questions!

💬
The primary language is the language in which you build the survey. You can then translate the survey into other languages.

Test the survey first

To minimize risk, we strongly recommend that you fully test the survey and resolve any potential problems before sending it to respondents. To do this, access the questionnaire, and use the Preview mode. You will then be able to test the survey without collecting any real responses.

Add a question

You can add different types of questions to a survey: welcome page, instructions, multiple choice, text answer, matrix, date and rating scale.

1. Access the Surveys list via the main navigation. 2. Navigate to the survey you want to edit. 3. Click on the Edit button. 4. From the left panel, click on the question type you want to add. 5.
