Ask a question, get an answer. In seconds, the assistant analyzes thousands of respondent comments and delivers a clear synthesis, backed by real excerpts. A tool that democratizes data analysis and fuels continuous improvement across your team.
While the goal is to provide relevant answers, errors or omissions may occur. We recommend always validating the assistant's answers using the cited quotes.
Access the assistant
There are two ways to access the assistant.
From the main navigation
- Click Assistant in the main navigation.
- Select the survey you want to query.
From a survey
- Go to the Surveys list from the main navigation.
- Click the survey you want.
- Go to either the Responses or Textual analysis tab
- Click Query the data.
Ask a question
- Select a suggested question, or type your own question in the field provided.
- Select the data period to query (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, all time, or a custom period).
- Press Enter or click the arrow to submit your question.
While processing, the assistant displays its progress (analyzing, drafting synthesis). Expect a brief delay before the answer appears.
Review the answer
The assistant's answer is presented as a synthesis structured into points.
Review the cited excerpts
Each point in the synthesis can be backed by comment quotes.
- Click the number of quotes next to a point to open the panel of linked quotes.
- Click a quote to view the full comment, its associated themes, its type, and the question it relates to.
Understand the reliability level
Each answer comes with a reliability indicator.
| Reliability | Definition |
|---|---|
| High | The answer is based on a large share of comments. The identified trends are representative. |
| Moderate | The answer is based on a moderate share of comments. Interpret with some caution. |
| Low | The answer is based on few comments. The trends may not be representative. |
Conversation limit
Each conversation has a limited number of messages. A warning appears when the limit is approaching. Once the limit is reached, start a new conversation to continue querying your data.
Surveys available for analysis
A survey appears in the selection list only if it meets all of the following criteria:
- It's active (not archived).
- Its survey type is PREM, Employees, or Other. PROM surveys aren't supported by the assistant.
- Patient tracking isn't activated for the survey.
- It has at least 5 comments.
If a survey doesn't meet these conditions, it won't appear in the list, even if it has responses.
